To create the gymnastic pose sets, first, you need to use the mouse to open the tool bar in your right hand side and click the Poses button.

Later, you need to use the mouse to open the menu and then click the Gymnastic Pose Sets command.

After that you need to choose the poses that you want and then click the Change Figure button.
